The conceptual study also mentioned essential market indicators and location analysis. The distribution of activities at the complex combines strategical location for businesses and the levels of rentals. Also, the distribution recommendations is based on improving the visitor’s experience.
In addition to defining the business model by assessing the main financial indicators, Prime United Company recommended which steps to follow at the Municipality and how the floor plans can be improved, by considering MEP and structural drawings review. These elements were also helpful for the owner for approaching the targeted companies.
