With the approach done by Prime United Company, a preliminary 3D model is drafted in order to determine if there is any conflict between all set of drawings: structural, architectural, MEP or HVAC. This stage of anticipation is helpful to save time at site and to meet the deadlines.

Like for any of company’s projects, the client can see on daily basis the progress of work through the company's internal portal in addition of receiving an updated financial status of the project.

For this project, the challenge is to handover it after 12 months of completion of work. The residential tower is composed of 9 rented floors, each floor has 3 apartments.
