Waterfront residence proposal for a numerous family

 

For this private waterfront residence, a minimalist and modern design approach is suggested. The residence is optimized to welcome a numerous family by providing all facilities and comfort needed. Indeed each suite has enough space to welcome queen size bed and wardrobes units with a privileged access to a bathroom.

At the ground floor, at the street elevation, is located the dewaniya hall that can welcomes guests: that space overlooks the outdoor green area and thanks to window-doors, the inside area can benefits from the outside, which can be an advantage to hold a family event for example.

At the back elevation, there is an outdoor terrace and a private swimming-pool of 100 sqm in front of the sea. The living-room of 109 sqm overlooks that private space and the seashore.
